The following terms and conditions apply to all projects undertaken by The Apex Web Studios.


Revision Policy

Revisions are contingent on the selected package. Clients can request unlimited free amendments, and we will revise their design at no extra cost, provided that the original design concept remains intact. Revision turnaround time is 48 hours.


Refund Policy

In any case, funds deposited will not be eligible for a refund once the initial design concepts are delivered and approved, or if a change is requested—unless The Apex Web Studios cancels or terminates your contract for reasons other than your breach or non-performance.

Refund requests will be handled as follows:

Refunds will not be granted once the project has entered the revision phase, the customer has been inactive for 5+ working days, or the final files have been delivered.

Once approved, all design rights transfer to The Apex Web Studios, and you may not use any version of the design provided.


Mutual Non-Disparagement Agreement

Both parties agree not to publicly criticize or defame each other, including employees or partners, on public platforms. Any violation may result in compensation determined by the non-breaching party.


Quality Assurance Policy

Our designers and production team follow strict quality guidelines and create each design after thorough research to ensure originality and quality.

We continue revising and improving your design or product until you are completely satisfied (based on your selected package).


Delivery Policy

All orders are delivered via email or through your client portal within the timeframe specified in your order confirmation.

Once delivered, revision and refund policies apply from that date.


Record Maintenance

We archive your final design files for future reference. You may request re-delivery anytime.

The Apex Web Studios is not responsible for communication from unauthorized emails or phone numbers not listed on our website. Always verify contact through official channels.

If we are unable to meet your expectations despite multiple revisions (as per your package), you are entitled to a refund under our refund policy.

All designs are created from scratch. If a design is found to be substantially similar to an existing one, we will provide a free redesign. Clients are responsible for registering and protecting their artwork copyrights.

Revisions depend on the selected package:

Unlimited revisions apply only to the same concept. A redesign after concept approval is considered a new order.


1 – Registering on The Apex Web Studios

1.1 You must register yourself as a Customer or Designer on our site.
1.2 When registering, you must provide valid information.


2 – The Apex Web Studios Service

2.1 Services are offered to both Customers and Designers.
2.2 For Customers:
(a) Get a custom-designed logo within minutes or hours using our engine.
(b) Get designs like business cards, T-shirts, banners, flyers, etc. via bundles.

2.3 For Designers:
(a) Submit unused and unpaid logos.
(b) Sell logos via our engine after approval.

2.4 Workflow:
(a) Customers input details → view → select → pay or customize.
(b) Designers submit → review → tagging → engine listing.
(c) No direct contact between Customers and Designers.


3 – Copyrights

3.1 Customers get rights after purchase. No copyright registration.
3.2 Designers hold rights until purchase. Rights transfer post-sale.


4 – Acknowledgements & Guarantees

4.1 Customers get design files after payment.
4.2 Designers are paid within 5 working days.


5 – Reproducing & Displaying

5.1 Customers may use the logo however they want after purchase.
5.2 Designers no longer retain rights or credit post-sale.


6 – Fees

6.1 Customers must pay before purchasing any logo.
6.2 Designers earn commissions after our fee deduction.
6.3 Commissions range between 10%–40%.


7 – Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Designers grant us a royalty-free license for their work.
7.2 Customers gain IP rights after purchase.
7.3 Copyright abuse must be reported.
7.4 Designers lose rights after sale.


8 – Refunds

We ensure 100% satisfaction through free revisions.
Refunds:

No refunds for: change of mind, business issues, external designers, or missing briefs.


9 – General Payment Terms

9.1 Payments are processed in USD.
9.2 Currency conversion is possible after withdrawal.
9.3 You are responsible for any taxes.


10 – Accounts

10.1 Provide accurate info.
10.2 You’re responsible for activity under your account.
10.3 Report suspicious activity immediately.
10.4 Designers may not have multiple accounts.
10.5 Illegal activity = suspension.
10.6 Scam/spam = revoked access.
10.7 You can request a review.


11 – Usage Policy

11.1 Don’t violate third-party rights.
11.2 Comply with privacy laws.

12.1 Designs are unique and original.
12.2 Exclusivity needs extra payment.

13 – Restrictions

13.1 Don’t sell, reverse engineer, or clone the service.
13.2 All future updates are bound by these terms.
13.3 We may modify or shut down the site at any time.


14 – Feedback

14.1 We may use your feedback freely.
14.2 Don’t include confidential material in feedback.


15 – Changes to Terms

15.1 We may update terms at any time.
15.2 Keep your contact info updated.
15.3 Using the site means you accept the terms.


16 – Entire Agreement

16.1 This is the full agreement between you and us.
16.2 Our failure to enforce doesn’t waive our rights.
